2. Delivery Timeframes
- Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 2–4 business days.
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–6 business days.
- Remote / Rural Areas: 6–10 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or weather conditions.
3. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 5 PM IST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next working day.
- You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.
4. Delivery Coverage
We ship across India via trusted courier partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, etc.). Currently we do not offer international shipping.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can also track your order in:
- Your account dashboard → My Orders
- The order confirmation email sent to your registered email address.
6. Failed Delivery / RTO
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will make 3 attempts.
- After 3 failed attempts, the order is returned to us (RTO).
- For prepaid orders, a refund (minus shipping cost) will be processed. Alternatively, re-dispatch can be arranged at additional shipping charges.
- COD orders returned undelivered may incur a re-shipping fee for re-dispatch.
7. Damaged in Transit
If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please:
- Take photos/video of the package before opening.
- Contact us within 48 hours at fancyhosiery0707@gmail.com or +91 9051170508.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund after review.
8. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available at select pincodes. A COD convenience fee may apply for certain orders. COD availability is shown at checkout based on your pincode.
