1. Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.
2. Eligible Items for Return
- Defective or damaged items received.
- Incorrect item delivered (wrong size, colour, or product).
- Items significantly different from their website description.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Innerwear, socks, and similar intimate garments (for hygiene reasons), unless defective.
- Items that have been washed, worn, or damaged by the customer.
- Items without original packaging or tags removed.
- Sale/clearance items marked as final sale.
4. How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your Order Number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
- Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if approved.
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided by our support team.
- Share the courier tracking number with us once dispatched.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective / wrong item: We bear the return shipping cost.
- Change of mind: Return shipping charges are borne by the customer.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status within 2–3 business days.
- Online Payments (Razorpay/UPI/Card): Refund credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer / UPI within 5–7 business days. Please share your bank details when raising a return.
- Store Credit: As an alternative, we can issue a store credit for a faster resolution.
7. Exchange Policy
We offer free size exchanges (subject to stock availability) within the return window for the same product. Contact us to arrange an exchange instead of a return.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, a return request must be raised instead. To cancel, contact us immediately at +91 9051170508.
